Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding UAE weekends and public holidays.
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.
2. Shipping & Delivery
- UAE Standard Shipping: AED 20 per order.
- Free UAE Shipping: Available on orders of AED 450 or more.
- Estimated delivery within 1–2 business days after order processing.
- International Shipping: Available upon request. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times depend on the destination.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control, including customs procedures, weather conditions, or courier delays.
4. International Shipping
- DXBVelo ships internationally where available.
- International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
- Customs clearance may cause additional delays that are outside DXBVelo's control.
5. Order Tracking
- A tracking number will be provided by email once your order has been shipped.
- You can use the tracking number through the relevant courier's tracking service.
6. Delayed or Lost Shipments
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please contact us at info@dxbvelo.ae and we will assist you in contacting the courier.
DXBVelo is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, customs inspections, courier disruptions, or other unforeseen events.
7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us at info@dxbvelo.ae within 7 days of delivery.
