Shimano Ultegra RT-CL800 Rotors (140mm & 160mm Pair)

During the development of the Ultegra CL800 brake rotors, Shimano engineers succeeded in preventing heat-induced warping. As a result, the CL800 rotors offer more reliable, better-modulated braking performance and are quieter than ever before. The weight has been pleasingly maintained at the low level of the previous version.
Shimano's Ice-Tech cooling technology is also included, ensuring excellent heat dissipation and consistent braking performance, even on long, steep descents. The brake rotors feature a three-layer sandwich construction. Their stainless steel outer layers with an aluminum core offer significantly improved heat dissipation, reducing the temperature by approximately 100°C. Additionally, the FREEZA aluminum cooling fins further reduce the system temperature by approximately 50°C thanks to their increased surface area. The improved heat dissipation allows for the use of smaller brake rotors than usual, and also significantly extends the lifespan of the brake pads.
As is typical for Shimano, the rotors are compatible with Center Lock mounts, allowing for quick and easy installation, secure hold, and a clean, compact look.
